Hi there, I’m Emma Rose and I am the newest volunteer here at ISC Health! I just finished my third year at the University of Calgary towards my BSc in Psychology. I am super passionate about mental health and believe it should be a priority in everyone’s life. When I came across ISC Health I was impressed with their proactive approach to health. The incorporation of physical and emotional health into the mental health realm is something I have always advocated for. I love using exercise and nutrition to build up all aspects of my health and hope to one day become a health coach. I’m excited to be a part of this amazing organization and further promote the importance of self care.
