Welcome to ISC Health!
As a program that has been in development for many years, we are thrilled that this September was the official program launch!
What is ISC Health? ISC Health is a leadership-based program designed to give participants an insight into how we can create balance in our busy every day lives while specifically addressing mental, emotional, and physical health. There have been many settings in the last few years, while the program was being developed, that we noticed people working incredibly hard to give, give, give, and in return, they forget to look after themselves. ISC has individual sessions designed to tackle the common areas where we aim all our focus and energy and give participants the opportunity to take a step back, analyze, and evaluate which areas they are most affected by, and also what "zaps" their energy the fastest. When we identify those areas, we can then move into addressing how to best "redesign" and make room for self care.
ISC recognizes that taking care of yourself is not always easy, but if we want to be our best selves for others, we need to start working from within ourselves so we can produce greatness.
Health and wellness don't mean the same thing for everyone, as it's such a broad-spectrum topic. Sure for some it might mean taking 20 minutes at the end of the day to relax, or to some it may mean allocating time for reading, going to the gym, doing things you enjoy and allowing time for them, doing new things, creating new opportunities, branching out, networking, or even learning to adjust to a new life milestone. Whatever it is for you, it's important that you recognize it and act on it, even if that means attending a few ISC sessions to understand how to best incorporate YOU in to everything else.
What will the program look like? In our course, participants will engage in different activities, reflections, and more, as we talk about emotional intelligence, mental health, and having a healthy body.
We will help you set personal boundaries, provide tools for self evaluation and stress relief, and allow our processes to reveal areas for improvement and growth.
